Baking

Years ago, to soothe my homesickness, I began making some of my favourite childhood desserts from when I lived in Chile. During the pandemic, I started to sell alfajores and other desserts from my home bakery. This has expanded to include many other projects and initiatives including bakesales for various community organizations and teaching creative workshops and baking in accessible, fun, and creative ways.
