Artist Bio
Constanza Andrea is an emerging multi-disciplinary artist born in Santiago, Chile. She works predominantly in the medium of photography but also employs other mediums like painting and sculpture. Her work has been exhibited in various local galleries and exhibitions, including The Art of Emotions and Northern Contemporary Gallery. She is completing her degree in psychology and studio arts and currently resides in Toronto, Canada.

I started Via Her Lens with the goal of offering my creative practice a home. As a multidisciplinary artist, this will be a process and practice in and of itself, and that is something I have finally come to terms with.
Currently, my practice is a blend of photography and painting, which is why I love this quote so much. I felt seen, as someone who is always with either a brush or a camera in my hand. Oddly enough in my experience, both mediums disclose and construct.. but more on that later.
My photography practice includes lifestyle, event, street and documentary photography. On the more creative side, I also practice experimental and conceptual photography which is where the need to blog this process was born.
